Konrad Eisenbichler

Professor, Department of Renaissance Studies

Konrad Eisenbichler completed his B.A. and M.A. at McMaster University and received his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto.  He currently teaches in the Department of Renaissance Studies at the University of Toronto.  Eisenbichler’s work focuses on the intersection of literature, politics and religion in fifteenth- and sixteenth-century Italy; lay religious confraternities; and religious theatre and poetry.
