Gary Kinsman

Gary Kinsman is a longtime queer liberation, anti-oppression and anti-capitalist activist. He is a full Professor in the Sociology Department at Laurentian University in Sudbury. He is the author of The Regulation of Desire: Homo and Hetero Sexualities,  and co-author with Patrizia Gentile of The Canadian War on Queers: National Security as Sexual Regulation. He is an editor of Whose National Security?,Sociology for Changing the World, and Mine Mill Fights Backand numerous articles on gender and sexual politics.
