Join us on April 24 as the Bonham Centre hosts a Symposium on 50 Years of LGBTQ Activism at Hart House in conjunction with the 2019 Bonham Centre Awards.

1-3pm: Panel on Activism Then and Now
Richard Fung – LGBTQ art activist and Professor at the Faculty of Art at OCAD University
Kasha Nabagesera – LGBTQI rights activist based in Uganda
Tatiana Ferguson – Sexual health educator, group facilitator and trans youth advocate in Toronto
Supporting Our Youth (SOY) – a program of Sherbourne Health offering programming and services to support the health and wellbeing goals of LGBT2SQ youth and young adults.
Tim McCaskill – AIDS activist and founding member of The Body Politic
Syrus Marcus Ware – Visual artist, community activist, youth-advocate and educator, core-team member of Black Lives Matter Toronto
Prabha Khosla – Gender and labour justice advocate and founding member of the riverdale Immigrant Women’s Centre and Toronto Women’s City Alliance
