Graduate Student Cookie Social
September 27th 2017 at 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Are you a new graduate student in Sexual Diversity Studies in the early years of your degree? Or an upper year student who’s looking for connections within the department? Looking for opportunities to share your research and meet likeminded scholars? Do you like cookies?
Each year SDS offers a wealth of events, talks and workshops which are run by our own graduate students. As the next generation of Sexual Diversity Graduate students, it’s up to you carry on these traditions and, of course, create your own project to add to the diversity of our community!
SDS is hosting an information session, featuring free milk and cookies, to help connect you to some of the great opportunities to join the boards and teams of existing groups, and learn how to develop and pitch your own projects.
This is also a great chance to meet the rest of the SDS community and pick the brains of some upper year graduate students.
